22 Nov 2008 Mark this as the day when I realise a few things

I know what I mean, you dont... therefore LOL

some very random occurrences have been occurring...

but some very fun times too. Namely impromptu radio shows!
Wooooo

14 Nov 2008 wow

Lots and lots has been going on in the last few weeks, this week has been my PURE FM week, Ive got a show (and a half... not sure if I'm going to be there permanently or just as a one off). So That was my monday and tuesday, Monday was a mess and Tuesday was a bit... bizzare, but I took over the controls for the second hour we did, (MIG didnt turn up, so I played the Metal Industrial and Gothic fans The Hoosiers) Then I had music team meeting today, which Im now rep of the pop music team for a month, and got a CD to listen to (its all Irish Instrumentals... not digging it much) and then I OB'd at the Amatur Boxing (I could have been the heavyweight champion of the world!!! literally just playing on listen again Greg James) Which was great fun, had no idea what to say, but the bouts were really good and we're much better with running commentary over the headphones from Grahem next to me. Tomorrow I have OBing in Langstone, which will be fabulous fun, there seems to be a lot of PureFMers going over there, so its a like a mini social with charity fun added in :-).

Ive only missed one lecture this week (not an important one) which is pretty good.

Im going now, Im up early for lectures tomorrow, and I didnt get back till 11.30pm from the boxing... doesnt make sense to why Im still awake, but Its all good.

Nighttttt
I have to listen to Greg James in peace now

1 Nov 2008 Gigs ahoy!

This has been a packed out week starting last friday when Mary turned up.
Saturday we got a train across to Brighton for The Hoosiers gig, which was amazing, loved it muchly. Had a fight with a girl and met The Hoosiers at the end, its all great!
We stayed in Brighton saturday night, came back here for sunday night after wandering Brighton most of the day. Then went to uni on monday and then had The Hoosiers at Brixton that night, so rushed straight from uni. We then rocked out again, Will and The People were a really good support. We then stayed at Zoes in Kent Monday night, came back to Portsmouth on Tuesday. Wednesday I got my phone replaced and went to the maths poster thing, which they gave us lots of free food. We then stayed in Portland and made an A2 poster for Mary with lots of Hoosier gig pictures on. Came back. Forgot my keys. Got in eventually. Mary packed up and then went home. Found out that Charlottes going to drop out. Went to uni on thursday, we went to weatherspoons in our break and then Thursday night we went to the White Swan for pub quiz, we also went to V bar and Fuzzy Duck (A.K.A Duzzy Fuck) went to Emmas to get her sleeping bag and sultanas and then all came back to mine and attempted to sleep off the drink for uni friday. After Uni on friday me Katt, Emily & Paul headed to Pauls stopping at the shops for donuts, crisps and spaggetti hoops and then back there for bread. Which was the perfect lunch for a Funeral For A Friend gig night. We went to the signing, starting the queue. Then to Katts for a bit so she could get ready for the gig and dump stuff. We then headed to the Pyramid centre via chip shop. I got my dizzy spells again, which is horrible. It feels like the whole world is bouncing. We then walked to the pyramid centre, well... to clarence pier and then along because we couldnt work out where it was. We joined the queue, sang a few random songs, got in to the smallish venue, found our new friends from the signing queue and rocked out. I had someone land on my head during cancer bats... or maybe the end of in case of fire, I cant quite remember... but the cancer bats guy didnt help by using me as a leaning post. Got an Attack! Attack! Cd... £3 and got it partly signed (listening to it now... out of my one good ear) We got a taxi back, and a random woman joined us making it £1.50 each :-). I should really get maths work done today, thats my plan anyways, and I need to do clothes washing too.

Much Love and long blogging
Emma
